Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Bookings close 1 minute before the class start time. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the class at no additional cost. If you can't make the livestream please contact unleasholivia@gmail.com for the recording for an additional cost of £2. No cancellations, reschedules only. 3. No-Shows If you miss the class without notice, the session is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued. However please see point 2. 4. Late Arrivals Please join the Zoom session on time. If you join late, the class will still end at the scheduled time. 5. Technical Issues Ensure you have a stable internet connection before the class. If you experience technical issues on your end, unleash is not responsible for missed content. If the class is disrupted due to our technical fault, we will reschedule or send the recording 6. Zoom Links & Access The Zoom link will be sent automatically in your confirmation email. For security, links are unique to each booking and must not be shared.
