Step into a warm, glowy evening where movement meets mindfulness. We’ll begin with an energising barre flow, a strong and grounding yoga sequence, then shift into guided journaling and festive community time. ✨ What’s included: – Barre and yoga flow – Guided journaling – Mulled wine, homemade healthier gluten free mince pies, brownies & grazing board – A magical, candlelit atmosphere to unleash and connect 📍 Alconbury Weald Pavilion 🕰️ 7:30 – 9:30 PM 👥 Limited to 20 spaces Reserve your spot now and celebrate the end of the year glowing from the inside out.

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy All events must be booked in advance to secure your space. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality experience for everyone — early booking is recommended. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. Please check your JUNK mail if you don’t see it in your inbox. 2. Cancellation Policy Unfortunately due to commitment to venue hire and other external costs for the event, cancellations are not accepted. You are welcome to transfer your space to a friend if you can no longer attend. Please notify unleasholivia@gmail.com with their name prior to the event. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by Unleash Movement, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future event. Reasons for cancellations could include: not enough attendees, illness or family emergencies. 3. Waitlist Policy If an event is fully booked, you can join the waitlist via the booking system. Should a space become available, it will be offered to the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email or text notification if a spot opens up. You will have 12 hours to confirm your place before it is offered to the next person. 4. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes after the start) may not be admitted to maintain the calm atmosphere of the event. No-shows will be charged in full with no credit or refund.
