Service Description
Oh My Glide incorporates gliding discs to create a more dynamic workout whilst still incorporating that barre burn. It's still a low impact workout with more intensity as we will get your heart rate going! Not suitable for pregnant people. All you need is a yoga/exercise mat, a sweat towel and water to keep you hydrated! As an option you can bring light hand weights around 1-2lbs. Book in to burn. If you can't make a class, please cancel at least 12 hours prior and your credit will be refunded to your account. If you cancel less than 12 hours before or are marked as a 'no show' your class credit will not be refunded.
