Yoga: Flow is a dynamic yet grounding practice that blends mindful movement with breath to support both body and mind. Each class flows through purposeful sequences designed to build strength, improve mobility and enhance balance, while also calming the nervous system. This is your space to move, reset and reconnect. By linking breath to movement, we help lower cortisol levels, ease stress and support recovery - the perfect complement to strength training or busy, high-pressure lifestyles. You’ll leave feeling physically open, mentally clear and more at ease in your body. Whether you’re looking to build a strong foundation for movement, improve posture or simply carve out time to breathe and slow down, Yoga: Flow supports you in moving and living well.

Cancellation Policy
Our booking policy is in place to ensure a smooth, fair and safe experience for all clients. Please take a moment to read before booking. 1. Bookings & Payment All classes must be booked online or via the Unleash Movement app. Bookings cannot be made via email, WhatsApp or social media. Payment is required at the time of booking. Classes can be booked using: Class passes. Monthly memberships. All class passes and memberships are valid for all class types, unless otherwise stated. 2. Cancellation Policy Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations must be made directly through your online account. Cancellations via email, WhatsApp or social media will not be accepted. Late cancellations (within 12 hours of class start) will result in the loss of the class pass or session, regardless of reason. 3. No-Shows If you do not attend a class you are booked into, this will be recorded as a no-show. No-shows result in the loss of the class pass or session. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrival is permitted up to 5 minutes after class start. Entry after 5 minutes will not be allowed for health and safety reasons, and the class will be forfeited. Please note that this rule is especially important for equipment-based classes. 5. Reformer-Specific Requirements Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes. For Barre classes, grip socks are recommended but not essential. All clients new to Reformer at Unleash Movement must ensure they arrive 5 minutes early to class for an induction. Instructors reserve the right to refuse entry to a Reformer class if safety requirements are not met. 6. Waitlists If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, you will be automatically notified. It is the client’s responsibility to check their booking status and manage their schedule accordingly. 7. Memberships & Class Passes Memberships: Membership classes do not roll over into the following month. Memberships cannot be frozen or paused. Membership benefits are non-transferable. Class Passes: Class passes are valid only for the validity period stated on the website. Class passes cannot be extended once expired. 8. Instructor Discretion & Safety Instructors reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a client from class if: They arrive late beyond the allowed time. Safety requirements are not met. Proper equipment is not worn. This is to ensure the safety and experience of all clients.
