Mental Health Awareness Week
It’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek and whilst we can’t deal with the issue head on, we are certainly here to support you through in other ways. Movement is so good for the soul, it directly alters your brain chemistry and physical state to combat stress and improve mood. Our studio aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment - when you feel this support around you we hope that you feel more like yourself and can deal with issues with more clarity.
For us, movement is a way to unleash yourself.
There any so many classes to chose from, give it a go and you never know, it might just be the thing that boosts you today.
